TWO UNKNOWN MEN HAVE DRAINED AN ACCOUNT USING A LOCAL WOMANS VISA CARD.  CAN YOU IDENTIFY THESE TWO MEN.  THE CARD WAS USED IN THE SAN ANTONIO AREA.
